Michelle - Receptionist, Office Administrator
My career began at The Firehall many years ago and I am so grateful to have grown with the office as it has expanded over the years. I have raised my two grown children in this vibrant community and I am happy to call Millgrove home. I am always available to answer your questions and to assist you with your appointments and I do a lot of the behind the scenes management at the office. Over the years we have grown with the community and people who are patients have become like friends and family to me. I am looking forward to welcoming you to The Firehall.
LeeAnn - Receptionist, Office Manager
I have been with The Firehall almost from day one! Being a local resident of Waterdown and having raised my family here, I take pride in the opportunity to contribute to the well being of so many of our patients in the community. I know most of our patients personally and am available to answer your questions about appointments, insurance or treatment options. I look forward to catching up with our patients at each visit.

I am a long-time hygienist at The Firehall. It gives me so much satisfaction to have the continuity and rapport with so many patients who have trusted us to be their partners for oral health. Knowing that I have helped people overcome anxiety and coached them achieve comfortable and healthy smiles over the years is a pleasure for which I am most grateful. I love my position at The Firehall and look forward to meeting friends, new and old, each day. Outside of the office, I am a proud mom to my daughter who is currently at University.

I am a busy Mom of two small children. My position at the Firehall gives me the opportunity to connect with so many people from different backgrounds. I am focused on getting to know our patients on a personal level so I can offer tips and suggestions that fit each individuals goals, need and lifestyle. I love the office's commitment to delivering exceptional, stress free dental care.
Melissa - Dental Hygienist
Originally from Sault St. Marie, I bring a lot of work experience to The Firehall from both general practice and periodontal specialty offices . I am so thrilled to be a part of such a genuine team of meticulous clinicians who also have a lot of fun at work. My goal with each person is to help them attain the level of oral health that also translates to a benefit for their overall health and well being. Outside of the office I am a yoga instructor and a budding tap dancer!
Cindy - Dental Assistant
I am so proud to be a dedicated assistant for Heidi and Stephen at The Firehall for over 15 years. My goal is to make sure all of your appointments are smooth and comfortable. I pride myself on being attentive to all of your needs and to anticipate everything that could be needed for your appointment. Whenever I travel, I peak in other dental offices and it makes me so happy to know that I work in one of the best offices you will find anywhere. I have a sporty daughter who keeps me busy when I am not at work!
Elaine - Dental Assistant
I have worked at The Firehall Dentist for 10 years. My two grown daughters who currently both live on Vancouver Island. I have a joyful little puppy named Rosie! I assist the dentists with a wide variety of procedures and also see children for their check-ups and cleanings. I am always attentive to the needs of the patients and my priority is to make sure your visit is relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.
Tanya - Dental Assistant / Reception
I am born and raised in Waterdown and so happy to be working in this wonderful community. I work with the doctors as an assistant during dental treatment and I also help out at the front desk on occasion. I have worked in Dentistry for many years and am so happy to be at The Firehall because they are honest and kind and they do great work. I have two boys attending school in town and when I'm not in the office I enjoy my friends and going to the gym.
Victoria - Clinical Support and Infection Control Officer
My position at the Firehall is to ensure the ultimate safety of the patients by ensuring instruments and tools are logged, sterilized, recorded and verified before every procedure. Our office is the cleanest place you will ever visit and I am so proud of the investments the doctors have made to provide the highest level of safety for each person who comes to the office. I am a proud Mom of an incredible teenager and I love to garden and enjoy life with friends.

I love living in the Waterdown community with my family and being a part of this amazing office. The level of personal care we are able to bring to our patients brings me so much satisfaction. My job is to ensure your visit to the dentist is comfortable and relaxing and you can count on me to work seamlessly with the dentist so everything goes smoothly. I have previous experience in the medical esthetics industry, so I want you to feel like your appointment is like a trip to the spa!

I've enjoyed being part of The Firehall Dentist for over 10 years. My extensive background in Dentistry allows me to confidently answer your dental questions as well as help you navigate through your benefits. My husband and I are huge animal lovers and I actually began my career working in a vet clinic in British Columbia prior to moving to Ontario. The patients at our office are like family to me and I look forward to facilitating your next trip to our office.
